• Account data: email address, company name
• Invoice and contract data you upload or create
• Gmail metadata (sender, subject, message IDs) when you connect your Gmail account
• Usage data and logs

3. Why we collect it

Solely to provide the BillMind service. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase (database & authentication) — servers in EU. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Google Gmail API — used only to read/process emails you explicitly authorize
• OpenAI — invoice data may be processed for AI-based extraction

5. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all data is permanently erased.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email us at kuehnleinvincent@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

7. California residents (CCPA)

We do not sell personal information. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

8. Cookies

We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies.
